Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .
Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

Time for a new job. There are plenty of companies embracing remote work; those that refuse are showing their inability to adapt to changing circumstances, and will slide into irrelevance in the coming years/decades. There's no better time to jump ship than now.
A lot of companies won't put it in your contract. I tried with mine.
I am in a very similar position and started looking around for other opportunities, got a couple of offers for full remote (higher pay too) and went back to my current company to leverage them to get full remote. Still waiting to see how things work out, the other offers are very good and might still leave anyway. IMO if remote is key for you, start looking around.
They played you badly though, next time be sure to get it on paper.
I am in the same position. I applied for a remote role and when they sent me the offer letter, the role was switched to hybrid. I was assured over and over again prior to signing the letter that there would be no need for me to come into the office and that it was just company policy for all remote employees to be listed as hybrid. Months later, I am now being asked to come in for multiple meetings and I believe it will only progress from here. I am looking for other fully remote opportunities.
I feel for you; there's nothing more frustrating than having concerning contract language that some HR ghoul gaslit you into ignoring come back to bite you in the worst way.

Talk to your manager and explain how your 3 hour daily commute isn’t sustainable. If all else fails, find other opportunities.
I said the same thing. 🤦🏾♀️ Hard lesson learned!
