I am working toward an AAHIVS credential, but am wondering if I need to leave my current practice vs try to incorporate treatment where I am. No one else treats HIV in my clinic currently, and PAs in my clinic are not currently paneled but I have a lot of autonomy in my team despite technically seeing patients with an MD listed as PCP

My mom won't wear her Fitbit to bed. She has a pacemaker and has had a fib. We got it for Christmas so we could find out while she's in an episode and not a month later. I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.

I’m in PA school now but in the process of interviewing for what might be my dream job in medical imaging industry.
