I'm branching out as an AI consulant for small - midsize MedComms and Promo Agencies and pharma companies.

I've met with many folks from these sorts of companies who have zero clue how to use AI to even do things like manage their inboxes, competitive Intel, create excel & ppts, etc. Whenever I sit down and show them , they are blown away.

I love AI and it's the only thing that excites me anymore.

What are your thoughts on this? Does anyone have any practical advice?

For those of you who had miscarriages after IVF, was there an underlying cause? Did you do genetic testing of your embryos? Did you do frozen or fresh transfer? Are there any ways to minimise chances of miscarriage during ivf?

I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it. Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

Can anyone tell me the difference between a senior and lead validation engineer( no direct reports in both cases) in Pharma/ biotech ? I am not sure what’s the hierarchy and which level must get a higher salary. Or is it just referenced interchangeably in different companies ?
