One strategy I've found to be successful in my own experience is to create an open dialogue with members about the importance of accuracy and reliability in the information they share. This is especially helpful if you can provide them with resources to help them discern which sources are reliable. Additionally, having a clear policy in place that outlines the consequences for sharing misinformation can be a powerful tool for discouraging members from doing so. Finally, having a way for members to flag inaccurate or misleading posts can be beneficial in helping to quickly identify and correct false information.
As a brand, you can tell them “that’s one way to go about it” professionally, then you can say, another way is to do xxxxx
I think just speak with them and let them know what incorrect info and let them know they can come to you for any questions rather ask that f up 😂
