I’m from the recent batch that joined HCL’s training program. In July, we completed the one-month training on the Percipio platform and gave the assessment.
I noticed that a few people from my batch got their joining dates just a few days after completing the training, but many of us (including me) are still waiting.
Does HCL usually give joining dates in phases? If yes, how long does it generally take after the training and assessment to get the official joining?

My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related.
