Im getting an offer from exl and the notice period mentioned is 60 days only, why does everyone keep saying that it is 90 days?

Are Coforge reviews fake on Glassdoor? Had a discussion with their HR today. He was telling Coforge is doubling in size and revenue in the next 2 years, we had the least attrition. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. 6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.
