Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

I’m just a junior observing but think it needed to happen given the headwinds we’re facing.
For me, it seems the departing head has been brilliant at changing the face of the firm - we at least feel ready to be more modern, less corporate and more purpose-oriented.
But I think current conditions mean we need to start focusing back on the numbers again and become a little more innovative with how we position technology consulting and avoid us looking like a lagging, slightly cuddly version of Capgemini or Accenture.
Confused why it’s considered a dig or something to laugh at. Deloitte’s consulting arm is a tech consultancy, there’s probably a handful of consultants that can honestly say they are doing pure strategy & operations consulting work and aren’t IT consultants.
