Not at all. I would just let him know in advance. Also, can you just stay on but not on video? (Excuse me if that's a dumb question but I'm in a transactional practice)
Do you typically participate actively in the prep sessions? Would being on mute/off camera hinder what you would otherwise be doing? You can state (not ask) that you need breaks to pump, but also, no shame at all in being off mute. So many of us know that "nnnnn chh" sound of a Spectra all too well, and there's no issue just speaking over it.
I’m a transactional attorney, so I don’t have much personal advice, but my fierce and absolutely fantastic litigation law partner asks for breaks about once an hour to empty her bladder. She says her pregnancy destroyed her ability to hold it, and she won’t apologize for doing what her body needs. So you will not be alone in asking for frequent breaks, and there is nothing wrong with that.

Just say you need to step out at X times for medical reasons. Be polite but unapologetic. There’s nothing to discuss.
