I’m going to join CTS soon for TD bank, I asked for specific location in TN but they mentioned that it’s as part of the GCC role and I’ll be inducted to the parent company in 3-6 months period but not sure how it works. My main concern is reg the WFO policy how many days do I need to be in office. I’m not in Bangalore relocated to TN a year back. Will it be possible to come to office continuously for a certain period and connect from home for the rest of the month.
