I'm in a odd spot with my job

As of now I'm a part time graphic designer working 4 days a week, and at the start of this year the other designer I worked with left for another job leaving me as the only designer.

As a result I've been feeling eminence pressure to get work done quickly and correctly and even though I had other designers to help in the past, they said that if they bring another one on board that my hours would be cut.

Is it worth it to tough it out or quit for something new?

I hear the waves are supposed to be 5ft tall at some beaches on Monday...anyone planning on surfing? Not sure I'm strong enough to handle water that rough

Want to work with my designer on a toolbox of steps to pick from to find what works best for their individual creative process? I know my creative process is look at inspiration, pen and paper, then start designing, but I don’t want to assume that’s theirs too.

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title?
