They’re probably just busy. This job is hard enough without taking everything personally.
Some partners and clients want different review and turnaround times so it’s a best practice to just always ask upfront about their internal deadlines. I have one partner I work with that will be fine with getting discovery responses two days before they’re due, and others that want 10 days so they can review and give it to the client for their review.
Was this partner aware of your workload this week?
Pro
I was taught that I should let partners know where they are in the pipeline, and if the partners want something sooner, they can work it out themselves. I’ve definitely been caught in the crossfire on things like this, and pre-empting scheduling conflicts is important for the work and your mental health.

Don’t interpret crickets to mean someone is annoyed. They’re busy.
Just do it when you can get to it. If something is going to have to sit for more than a few days, tell the partner the timing within a day or so of when they first ask you to make sure that works and manage expectations.
It sounds like you’re young, so I’ll say a little more. I recommend addressing timing and availability issues completely unemotionally. Just say things like, “I’m tied up on another matter until X,” or “I’m under the gun on something until Y,” if you have something personal or fun or medical going on “I need to be out of pocket until Z.” Don’t over explain, don’t feel bad, just state timing and availability as objective facts.
Wouldn't read too much into it. Just be sure to get them done by Monday and turn in a good work product and you will be fine.
