I never do and never have in any situation.
I always keep many options open.
I have put all my eggs in one basket, going through a process of on-boarding with many steps I must pass in order to proceed to the next.
Why??? ... because this time I believe all my eggs belong in that one basket, meaning the job role at that company is meant for me and that I'm meant for them. 🤷
