I’m leading up a small agency that has no timesheets. No pm tools. Nothing. Looking for suggestions. My basic needs are timesheets, resourcing, financial reporting - burn and scope tracking. NOT invoicing as that’s covered and too much change. I’m not opposed to a simple tool and using smartsheet too. I love smartsheet but it doesn’t do timesheets. I don’t want to have huge barriers to usage so want simple and not worrying about asset tracking or task tracking. What would you suggest?

How do you best support your students who do not speak English? I have four ELL’s in my 6th grade ELA class and they don’t receive push-in or pull-out Bilingual support during my class. I am an AE moving to a PM role at my agency.

Since I will have the PM title, what is the roadmap for moving to FAANG (or similar) or SaaS digital end to end dev/implementation companies as a Technical PM/Senior PM/Program Manager?

I have 5 YOE in Account Management, 2+ of which are in heavy digital working with Dev, Digital PMs, and client tech/implementation teams.
