I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Come to progressive
I was a bit surprised to see this suggestion because I thought Progressive was notorious for paying under market value. Progressive Insurance 1, have you compared your pay to the market in your area? Does your pay compare fairly?
So NatGen large loss adjuster do NOT handle the entire claim, ONLY the injury portion of the claim. There’s still MD adjusters on the file so you don’t have to worry about that part. Additionally coverage is usually set prior to a claim being sent to the LLU. Most people that I’ve seen LLU in our company STAY in that department and it is NOT an easy department to get into so congrats if you make it.
What region are you applying for?
Also, keep in mind that NGIC is a non-standard company. Yes, we have trickier coverage, but we also have higher rates which I feel like transfers over to the pay rates of the employees.
It could be either honestly. Sometimes it’s a low limits policy ($15k if policy incepted last year) and there are serious injuries (TBI etc) or if it has minor injury and there are high limits (over $250k I believe)
Serious injury takes precedence over high limits though
