I’m moving to Sydney from the US and looking for a decent area to live. Any recommendations for a single male, 25?

If you have cash to splash, anywhere close to the water is the place to be. Bondi in particular is where the most pristine accom/amenities are, but anywhere close to the water is good.
If you want a nice area that's close to the city and a little more affordable, lots of young professionals live around redfern area, and newtown areas too

Thanks

I’m moving too! Were you able to find a job?

On a gig with an end date but a hold for the following week. Got strong interest from a place that wants me to break the hold (not the booking) is a longer gig and is offering more $$. Advice?

I renegotiated my start date and it’s different from the date I signed on the offer letter. Do I need to request a revised offer letter or is the email thread with the recruiter sufficient. By the way, my background check is already in progress.

Why is the market going back up already? Is this how it was in 2008? Should I keep my 401k same or increase?
