The server asked for our drink orders, and I asked for water. I noticed the CEO gave me a strange look before he ordered a cocktail; he had two in total. Was I expected to order alcohol as well? Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.

Why do people distinguish between DOCUMENTS and COMMUNICATIONS in requests for documents. Aren’t communications a subset of documents? Is this a copy-paste holdover from interrogatories, or is there a valid reason to distinguish?
