Has anyone had any side effects from Ovidrel? I did my shot on Wednesday night and Thursday and Friday I was SO tired and fatigued and it was impossible to focus. Did my IUI on Friday and I’ve been SO crampy and in pain and I’m soooo cranky and irritable and I can’t figure out if it’s from the injection still or what

So today was my first day on a stimulant (diagnosed as an adult), and everyone says its suppose to feel like *boom* magic, or normal (?) , I guess. Knowing that is figurative, what should I actually be expecting? I feel mostly the same, I think, though I came in and actually did started my work today. But I mean, somedays I do that...I just don't want to psyche myself out if I'm expecting too much. Or pscyhe myself in if I actually might not be experiencing what I should.

Does anybody else get that anxious feeling in their chest when their workload starts to pile up? When my to-do list fills up and the timelines start to get tight I really start to seize up and I think this is how I’m going to have a heart attack in my 20s.

I feel like I'm in a vicious cycle. I'm exhausted all. the. time. No matter how much sleep I get, no matter how clean I eat.

I'm heavy and want to exercise but I'm fighting fatigue to even do work. Weight is coming off with clean eating so there's that. And so slowly.

I'm looking for and am going to go to an endocrinologist - I'm female and hitting 50 and a bit scared how badly the fatigue is.

How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. A year ago I moved to an HCOL area to accept a new position, however, I do not go into the office daily. I just go whenever my team needs to be in office. Was wondering has anyone moved out of an HCOL area to save money on rent and was it frowned upon when your firm found out? With inflation and rent going up I’m considering moving 3 hours away where rent is half the cost I’m paying now.

FAANG (or MANGA) companies seem to be the holy grail for lots of people exiting BIG4 or even banking/consulting types looking for finance analyst type roles in industry.

Anecdotally, the pay & culture seems good at those companies, but are there significant cons to "finance analyst" type roles in those orgs which would deter you from working from them? (I.e work hours, progression etc?)
