Two years is a little premature to leave a first job. I'd give it another year before applying somewhere else. Soak up as much as you can while you're there and take advantage of any certification or training programs they offer so when you do make the move, you've got a real shot at leveling up.

I get that. Staying can give you solid experience and confidence, but exploring other shops can show you different ways things run and new opportunities. I treated my retail career like learning each place taught me something, and moving when it made sense helped me grow faster.
