Cogno AI Hey fishes, One of my friends, got offer in cognizant. She have an epfo account with inactive UAN and she changed her name in aadhar recently and this epfo account has the past name. So she raised request for name change 2 months ago and still it's processing. And now cognizant asking the acknowledgement of changed name which the previous company cannot provide for obvious reasons. Will it affect the doj? Or anyone had this kind of problem before? I somehow became the defacto assistant store manager despite lacking the title and the pay. But our current managers are always "in meetings" and "dealing with their own stuff" so me as the senior associate, I get stuck with handling all the customer issues, lol. Where is my raise?!

I am also planning our Christmas Party. I will say though, I actually love this sort of thing. This is one additional task I don't mind taking on.

It all depends if you like planning events or not. I know some people love planning office parties and don’t mind the emotional labor that comes with it. As for me, I don’t like doing work that I am not getting paid for.

I used to make excel sheets for my colleagues so that we can all keep track of our daily work and I was unpaid. I just did it because my manager was really nice.
