I don’t go to a therapist but this app made me realize why people find it helpful. Sometimes all I want is to talk about what’s on my mind, even if I know the answer or I’ve already brought it up and heard the answer or even if there is no answer. Just saying what I’m thinking about without any filters to people who don’t know me personally and shifting it from a discussion in my mind with myself to a discussion involving empathy from others. Thankful for this app.
