It sounds quite a bit like they’re taking advantage of you. Without knowing every intricate detail of your role and how it’s evolved or where it’s located, it isn't easy to pinpoint exactly what an appropriate range for a raise would be. I’d advise that you look into the market and other industries to compare related responsibilities and inform your salary range. If you feel like you’re continuously taking on more responsibility than you’re compensated for, let that be a discussion point and the motivation to prepare any necessary assets to begin the search for other opportunities and a higher compensation package.

Hey! Congratulations on growing on well! I hd exactly the same situation few years ago!
It's natural to feel imposter syndrome when advocating for yourself, especially when asking for a raise. However, it's important to remember that you have earned this opportunity through your hard work and dedication to your company.
In terms of how much to ask for, it can be helpful to research the average salary for your position in your area. You can use websites like Glassdoor or Payscale to get an idea of the typical range for your role. Additionally, you can take into account any additional responsibilities or successes you have had in your current position.
When discussing your raise with your employer, it can be helpful to have specific examples of your accomplishments and successes, as well as how your role has expanded in recent years. For example, mention the significant business acquisition that was placed under your charge, and the effort and results you put in developing the new system for them. You can also highlight how your work has positively impacted the company, such as increased efficiency, cost savings, or revenue growth.
It's also important to come to the meeting prepared with specific numbers in mind. For example, you can say something like "I would like to discuss the possibility of a raise, as I believe my current salary of 60k does not accurately reflect my expanded responsibilities and contributions to the company. I am looking to negotiate a salary of 75k, which I believe is more in line with the market value for my position and experience."
Remember to remain calm, confident and professional during the meeting.
Good luck!🙂

You got this!!
You are very talented 🙂
Leave. That’s the only option. I went from making 90k (which was underpaid for the responsibilities I had) to 200k in 3 years by switching jobs every year or so.
