I can tell you that this book changed my life and the way I present work and speak to others.

I’m not perfect by any means but I have improved a ton lately :)
Personally in my experience, when trying to articulate my ideas, I have found it beneficial to write things out and then put that into a diagram. Pictures truly are worth a thousand words.
Regarding imposter syndrome, it’s tough and something we all face, perhaps it would help to look at your work from when you first got into UX and where you are now.
