I’m seriously considering my own business with multiple creative services, instead of job searching. I’ve applied to too many jobs, mostly getting those automated rejection emails without interviews in those instances. Also, weekly calls to staffing agencies, yet they always say they have nothing. I feel like I can no longer let my life and ability to pay bills be controlled by those making hiring decisions. Any tips on freelancing, any aspect of it? Thanks!

I'm currently working with an agency who agreed to net 30 terms, but has been late with every invoice so far...It's probably a lost cause on this particular job, but Im wondering if there's anything I can do in the future to avoid this situation. Friendly reminder folks- don’t work for Havas Health and You. They cut the freelancers hourly rates, again and made it so there’s no OT. The resource manager at HOV said if I couldn’t swing $80 an hour as an HCP copywriter, she’d have to find someone else. Good luck 👍🏻
