Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

I don’t understand how your background as a nurse would impact your administration role, let alone comp. If it is, you’re doing work outside the scope of your contract.
If you want more money - book a specific meeting, tell them how much you want, be able to justify why and don’t give them an ultimatum as that would back you into a corner you may not want to be in. Good luck!
If the job post has a line about preferred nursing experience, then I would definitely bring it up and ask for more. However, being new doesn’t give you a lot of leverage.
I think it might be worth taking a little bit of a pay cut while you transition. When I switched industries, I knew I was going to have to start over in some ways. But you'll quickly grow from there, in my experience.
Ask chatgpt for advice. Post the role name responsibilities pay location company and then your resume ask chat how much you should request as well as why. But also ask for things to look out for that may be the reason why they would pay less for the role. When they come back with an offer ask chat if the offer is good and whether/how to negotiate for more.
