Our Philadelphia-area boutique firm whose practice works exclusively with nonprofits and charities is hiring due to growth. Tax is the basis of Exempt Org work. That is why I am posting here. Great practice working to further charitable missions of our clients. Good WLB (1300 hour billable requirement). Opportunity for the right person to work remotely. Hi, I have an offer for the position of Senior Associate at pwc AC Bangalore. Can you please tell if there is a permanent wfh and will they give it in writing. And how is the WLB at PWC AC Bangalore. Is it true that I will have to frequently work late at night. Is the shift timings 9 to 6 as the hr told me or it usually extends? Pwc AC PwC

I would leave. It's tough to reset boundaries if you didn't set them at the start. It isn't your fault because you didn't know what your workload is supposed to be, but I think it would be pretty hard now without being called "difficult" or something by your coworkers. I've been in this situation before and the only thing that worked was finding a new positon. You don't deserve to be treated this way!
You are not doing it on time” things like that. I know it’s totally my fault because I’m an introvert, but I’m totally frustrated. I love the job and the fact that we are working from home, but now the situation is affecting my health. Should I start looking for another job?
Ah man, this is hard to read, your colleagues seem harsh. I'm gonna play devil's advocate here for a sec, let's say you are working slow or the quality isn't up to par, the responses shouldn't be that way, instead I think your supervisor/manager should talk to you and try to see what is going on to affect the way you work and both of you come up with a plan to make things better. Also, DON'T do other people's work, you're only allowing bad behavior. I was told by my old boss that I'm a "fixer" and It got to the point where everyone would run to me with their issues and I was doing so much I want even hired to do! STOP enabling them, you can help out if it aligns with your work, but teach/show others how to do that they need to do you can reclaim your time. Good Luck! 🤞🏽 Rooting for ya!
