I’m trying to work two jobs. Job 1 has been very communicative, and easy going, and knows I’m working a second job.

Job 2 I’ve told I have another job, multiple times, and I haven’t got any response. No phone calls, no email, nothing. I know I got the job, I did get the job offer email, but since then, radio silence. I’ve told then I can’t work during a certain day cause I have a meeting for job 1, and I’m convinced that’s the day they’ll call me to come in.

Nothing I can do but wait.

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line

I have a question. I work as an assistant manager been a manager for a while worked for the company for 6 years. I know crew gets paid a dollar less than me yet a do a lot ( its part of my job ) I asked for a raise I was told wait 3 months. Waited I asked again was told I needed to do this this and that.
