Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? Obviously way more than I'd make if I stayed at KPMG for busy season.

I have a financial audit background (4 years Big-4), 1,5 year in deal advisory (half year financial due diligence department, 1 year valuation department). Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?
