Less than 3 million BTC left to be mined. What happens to the value of BTC once all 21 million are mined? If it’s not really an efficient payment medium, then is there a max value based on the supply/demand? To clarify, once the supply limit is reached what dictates that btc will continue increasing in value if demand should remain the same (as it’s not a practical payment medium)? Furthermore, is there a way to calculate the approx value of BTC demand once max supply is reached?

I’m not old BUT when I was younger I thought it was important to have all the alphabets after my name (I.e. Phr, SHRM and all the others). I learning that the younger crowd coming into the market thrives off these identifiers yet they know very little about the real world aspects of the job. My husband and I just went through a few very difficult months. His mother passed after an aggressive disease and struggle, we had another family member pass, Covid, political climate, +. Just under the surface we are so sad. We have a very easy baby but a young child is still demanding. We are not motivated to work and I can’t figure out how to return to “normal.” I am not pulling my weight at work and generally can’t imagine being motivated like I was. Please send advice.

Any tips for pivoting into a corporate in-house department from litigation? I am not happy in my civil litigation role and have always wanted to be in an in-house setting instead focusing on transactional work. I can’t seem to break out of litigation without having many more years of experience (currently in my second year of practice for reference).
