People on here are talking about billable hours and utilization... are those things that are tracked on an individual basis? We do it as a firm aggregate and thought that was the norm, but seems to be that it might be tied to specific people at other firms?
I have some extra utilization. Does it automatically roll over to the next performance year or do I have to let someone in Talent know?

Pwc folks: I heard 4-codes don't count toward utilization anymore in advisory? I'm doing 4 code work now, do I get grandfathered in or is my utilization getting slammed?

EY's fiscal year ends in June and effective July 1st utilization resets. How fitting that there is a heavy emphasis on keeping utilization up in the coming weeks. 😂
