In a post on LinkedIn, Nvidia’s CEO said that AI will “probably” lead to 4-day workweeks. If productivity gains from AI result in 20% less hours to be worked, I think companies will downsize their workforce by 20%. In addition, the 4-day workweek would reduce salaries by 20%, which would likely result in more people needing a second job. The improved work-life balance and job satisfaction wouldn’t materialize due to new stress from balancing the day job and side gigs. What do you think?

Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers
