In general how frequently we do need overlap with US folks(PST time), especially for manger/sr manager level?

Is it expected to be daily or couple of days in a week?

Because in daylight saving time our 9:30 PM would their 8AM, if they start to office a bit late, we might have to work till night 11/12?

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

Could you guys please advise me, as to what should be my course of action here? Should I resign and can I get better opportunities in the next 1 month?
