I’m a nurse of 9 years looking to break into health informatics. I’ve held roles at the bedside, nurse leadership, and quality improvement. I have a MHA with a specialization in Informatics but the program didn’t have a practicum. I can’t sit for my Nursing Informatics certification because I don’t have hands on hours. I‘ve joined Globant 3 months back. They have offered me very good CTC & the position is Senior Developer. I’m on bench till date & there are few more too. Being on the high CTC side & Higher position, I’m bit tensed about my career over here. Can someone please help me if it is a normal situation in Globant? Or I should worry & should be active again? Also, is there any layoff happened in Globant in the past couple of years.

How are the client interviews here in Globant?

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

How long does it take for globant to come back with results/feedback from 2nd round of interview?
