In Ibegin portal Status was Evaluated. HR call on Saturday and said they will be releasing offer letter this week.
Now today I see again new status is created and status is again moved to Evaluation in progress.

Is that how TCS rejects candidates?

My HR told me he ll give in 2 days. Yet to hear from him though after 2 days.

I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?
