These are the best, in no particular order.
Uncommon (you will have to give up your life to work there though)
Mother (hard to get into but for me this is the one that'll be top of the pile as uncommon decline as they near their earn out date)
adam&eve (big agency that does a lot of crap but will still bang out one or two crackers a year. You need to be in the clique to get the good briefs though)
4 Creative (ok, not an agency but you'll get good stuff out of there IF you can get in there. Pay is rubbish and very hard to join)
Pablo (for the amount of creatives and accounts they have they should put out good work on the reg but they don't. This could be a red flag. That said, they have put out some good stuff and their heart is in the right place creatively speaking. They just need to convert more).
All the good work Pablo have made has been done by freelancers. They’re also very top-heavy, so anyone who isn’t a CD will be executing the CDs’ ideas. They’ve also made a lot of very average work.

- Saatchis I think are on a real upswing with their work for EE, Waitrose / John Lewis
- Uncommon the obvious ‘hot shop’ everyone has to gush about
Saatchi’s is so underrated! They do the little things so well. And are consistent. The EE work is a thing of beauty imho. The level of quality and craft is something to behold
From the work I see, Mother is u questionably number one.
After that, dunno.
