Interview with Mercer next week!! Any tips for someone who hasn’t interviewed in a loooong time?

Once you’ve applied via referral link to a position, does it keep you in a referral pool or do you need to constantly get a new referral link if you apply to another role say 4 months later? Curious since they only last 30 days and i feel bad asking for a link a 3rd time now…..

Anyone have any insight on the decision making process internally. Like I met with 5 people…is there a grading system the team uses or do you have to have sign off from all interviewers or 4/5? Etc…

What do big product based firms ask in Front end dev interviews? If DS, do we require to prepare DS as thoroughly as a Backend Dev?

Hi Friends, I had HR discussion on last week Wednesday, primarily on salary part for GCB5 in HSBC. HR told that they will update in this week, but I am yet to hear back from them. Usually how much time do the HR takes to update. TIA

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭

I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again.. Currently have an excel list with resource (production line), start date and time, and then also the name of the item being produced.

Any ideas how to tackle this??

I’m thinking a stacked bar chart with the vertical categories to be my resources and horizontal the date/time and then each individual bar to be the name of the item being produced.
