Interviewed at a well known company and they asked me to do a project. Was initially excited since I’ve had an interview with the recruiter, part of design team, and this will get me a final interview. However they already let me know I wouldn’t make more than I make now. It would require a move out of state, like 4k to break my lease, and I’m starting to feel like this was a mistake. How would you handle this? The project will take up my weekend and I am feeling better about my current role..😬

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case?
