Had an interview for SM role at ACN 3 weeks back but haven’t heard back. This was skills round interview after HR round. Am I still in the game or it’s a no? Don’t want to followup with HR just yet.

I’ve been doing ID for about 2 years now. Mostly slip and fall and WC work. Long-term, I want to move out of ID. I’m currently interviewing at a firm that does ID, but mostly does insurance coverage opinions. They also do some more complex ID, such as L&E.

With the ultimate goal of moving completely out of ID, would this be seen as a step up? I appreciate any and all feedback. TIA

I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. Anyone do yoga as their primary form of physical activity? I love doing it, but to me, it doesn’t seem nearly as beneficial as doing cardio or strength training. My personal goal is to lose 8-10 lbs.

How do I alleviate knee pain in my back knee while doing lunges? Woke up this morning and tried to do yoga but in moving from downward dog to crescent with my left foot forward, my right knee started twinging badly enough to stop moving. I’m early 20s, healthy with no injuries but generally have issues with stuff like jump lunges. The knee feels fine while just standing, it’s when it’s locked out with weight on it that it hurts.

Has anyone dealt with an eating disorder (specifically bulimia) flare up while on an intense study (short though like 5-6 weeks) and have any advice on how to deal?
