Job-Hunting reach-out to VC from previous fundraising effort for own startup
I have e-mail archive from 1y ago of my reach-out to 65 VCs in London: we had video calls, they might remember me still, who knows.
I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?
Or shall I just start new email thread and mention how I know them?
how can i get hearts on this

I think around 45 is when you start to take it easy
Crap, I missed that memo.
I’m 41, with two kids. We still party like college students, but can afford ubers and better alcohol. Well, until Coronavirus hit.
I am in late 40s and no kids, so before this pandemic crap I would fly to Rio or Madrid or London or LA and would party there. And yes, you go to better clubs and drink better stuff cause you can afford it, but back home it’s mostly home life and working out
It’s your life!! Who cares about any other standard other people have... As long as you work hard you can play hard if you want to.

It’s never too late for that! Live your life to the fullest. Tomorrow is never promised. 🥺

When you start to realize you’re easily the oldest person in the room (except for the 23 year old who thought it would be cool to being their grandma to the bar for shits & giggles) then you could probably start to back off a little. Or not, whatever.

U never too old to paaaatttttyyyyyy
You are never too old. Go and do whatever feels good and helps you relax (within the law) and stop asking for permission to have fun.
Never to old! Everything in moderation however.
Once you have babies to take care of you should not turn up so much
23.
Lol I’m 23 and I no longer care to go out (I was never much a partier and I’m an introvert) sorry if I projected that on to u. Go out when you feel like it. You’re a grown ass ____*.
Age is just a number brah
lol don’t listen to one response in here. If you want to go out, then do it! Do whatever makes you happy/is fun, etc

no
30 is my limit.
depends on the city. 50 year olds go out in Seoul and drink all night
Holy crap, 26? Don’t you have grandkids? Set a better example pops
I started winding down around 25.
You’re never too old to party! Although getting older does mean you can afford to go to nicer places and better drinks.
29, but after undergrad partying should mean going out to a bar to dance and have drinks with friends no more than a few times per year. Not getting completely hammered. Other than that it’s hanging out and going to brunch, and the like.
Early 30s here. I’m bored with going to bars just for the sake of going to bars, but I think that is mostly because I am married so what’s the point. However, a pool lounge, hookah bar, festival, anywhere with live music (i.e. anywhere with an activity) is still a lot of fun.
