MIT Sloan!! One of the largest (if not the largest) impact investing clubs in the country, big focus on sustainability (MIT Sustainability Summit, MIT Energy Summit, the sustainability certificate, etc.). Applying R1 and already ready with my “why Sloan?”
Mentor
Would consider adding CBS to the mix - check out the tamer center there - lots of good resources there. On a practical level, there is a huge benefit to being in the city.
You’ll have lots of exposure & opportunities to meet, visit and intern with social impact organizations (ranging from social enterprises and mission-driven companies to impact investors to NGOs).
I’ve been looking for the same thing and have been really impressed with Fuqua. If you have an IG I recommend checking out their stories from yesterday. Big focus on their social impact programs!
I have a very similar background and I got accepted to Yale and MIT.
Definitely MIT! They are known for their focus on sustainability and social impact
I've heard very good things about social impact at Kellogg and there seems to be quite a bit of interest in the student body
Coach
I would probably add Anderson to the mix.
I would look at employment outcomes and see outcomes at the rest of the M7/target companies/roles you’d want to obtain.
OP, what’re you thinking of writing for your post MBA goal?
