Is a Master's in Graphic Design worth the time and money? What if my work covers 40 to 60% of the cost?

I have recently given interview at Infosys for senior lead analyst role. I have submitted all the documents. It’s been 10 days I have not received the offer letter. Could anyone tell if it usually takes this much time to release an offer?

Trying to figure out if there are things I can do to make my resume better, but I’m not sure anymore. Would anyone here be willing to take a look?

How can one transition from a Visual/graphic designer in marketing to a product designer? And what’s it like being a product designer w a visual design background?
