Is a salary job better or an hourly Job?

I think hourly is better because you should not be required to work for free if you need to do more hours for a job. My fear is that a salary job could take advantage of you in this way. On the other hand if you work many hours and the company suffers, you can get fired for not being efficient enough.

Does anyone have experience on this and any insight? I would love to hear others thoughts on this.

I broke up with my EX mainly because the relationship with my child and her was not the best, it sucks but I have to look out for my child, So far I am able to do the things I can do now. It is not the I am not Hoeing around but the simply fact that I can hang out with friends and go watch my son play baseball is a great feeling now.
