Is anyone else dealing with a coworker who thinks “joking” is a personality? We have an admin in our office who constantly pokes fun at people using their personal details to get attention. He’s especially fixated on the women — asking about their boyfriends, prying into their money and personal lives, and making comments that are supposed to be funny but just make everyone uncomfortable. It’s not banter, it’s just invasive. Curious how others have handled someone like this without it blowing up

You can bring it up with the TBP and they will guide on the best way to deal with it. I recently attended a session on sexual harassment where they shared examples of different scenarios and how to escalate while staying anonymous. Some of what you have shared can be tagged under sexual harassment. So speak to the TBP or write to "Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)". Maybe this individual does not realise that his behaviour is inappropriate. So it's worth getting it corrected.

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Right now I am at 25 lakhs with 8.3 years of experience.

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1.
