Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . The lastest offer I have is of 19.5 from Capgemini.

I attended the interview in cognizant. But i didn't get any feedback of my interview. So, what should I do? Also, I dropped the Mails to recruiter. They did not reply on that.

Wanted to discuss counter offer with Cognizant. Sent them mail, messages, calls no response. What to do? Just join them with offered package?
CTS is paying most i just wanted to do some negotiation for joining bonus etc.
