So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. I hope someone at BCW is monitoring this bowl. There are some pretty clear issues going on at the agency, particularly around burnout and compensation.

Forget the ‘above the line’ mantra and fix the issues right in front of you.
