Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Also NY home base
C&m salaries are fixed so this is exactly what every c1 in ny and sf is making. I guess there are some that have negotiated higher but this is the standard base
@D1 Seniors are concerned about six figures because what today is six figures five years ago was not #inflation #studentloans. I don’t have student loans anymore but I can sympathize. Generally wages in the US have not kept up with inflation despite the massive wealth accumulated. Everyone from analyst to partner should be upset about this because when we talk about national wealth and income even partner compensation is considered middle class. Why we are not taxing corporations and individuals earning >$100M more is beyond me.
It was mostly a joke and I don’t think we are on totally different pages but according to this income percentile by age calculator, 100k at age 30 is still 92nd. Just some perspective
Haha no worries, I’m being too passionate. You’re right that those of us in that 92 percent are very lucky. That shouldn’t be an excuse for income inequality though :) cheers to Thursday!
