That’s a great spot! Super safe and clean! I love living here! Great proximity to everything!
Besties
it's just boring but nothing wrong with it
This is gonna make me sound old and snobby but most people don’t want a “creative community“ where they live…they like to GO to a place that’s artsy / alternative to visit, and live in a safe / clean / quiet environment
I would say it’s ideal. Great neighborhood no matter what demographic you lie in.
I used to live close to that, it’s nice there! Close to supermarkets etc, pretty walkable etc
Sunset Blvd is a pretty busy street so hope you don’t mind traffic noise. Otherwise it’s a completely lovely neighborhood
I lived in San Vicente in Brentwood and loved it.
I live closer to San Vicente and barrington. It will depend where on sunset. There’s a ton of traffic during rush hour which can be a bit painful if you need to commute. We are moving and one of reasons is cuz of all the traffic.
It’s on 11747. I saw a lot of traffic too and that was intimidating but I don’t commute so it’s supposed to be fine
Thank you! I think I’ll go ahead and sign my lease. I will be on sunset but it’s only a small portion from sunset to 405
How much for rent? Any parking spot? Thx, nice area
