I can’t speak to Dallas specifically, but since the question is even being asked, I want to highlight my view. I’m a conservative catholic living in a conservative city in a conservative state, and I don’t know a single person that would care if you flew a flag/etc. and even if they did, they would keep their disagreement to themselves. Ordinary conservatives (politicians notwithstanding) don’t go out of their way to tell people how to live on a daily basis. (Not trying to get in an abortion debate etc, just giving my thoughts how the average conservative thinks).
Not much to tell EY1. Just some young neighbors that let a party get out of control, happened 5 years ago and have been model neighbors since.
I was pissed that night though, but didnt want to call the cops because, hell, I was young once too. I did go out with my gun to ask the naked people to get out...but that was the next morning and mainly because I wasnt sure what they might have been on.

It's a city on Texas, so you'll get the entire gambit of opinions and reactions.
But there probably wouldn't be an issue with you promoting Pride.

Huge LGBT community... Don’t let “Texas” fool you.

Dallas (especially Uptown and Ellum) is no different than any other major US city in terms of how progressive it is.
Fort Worth is a different story but doesn’t sound like you’re headed that direction.
Some parts of Dallas yes. I had friends that lived there for 20+ years and were married (they are in NYC now but that’s due to job opportunity)
Just be aware of your surroundings and what part of Dallas and the surrounding area you are in
