USI Insurance brokerage and consulting - thoughts? A recruiter reached out to me via linked in and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this company. They seem to have decent reviews on Glassdoor but I was hoping to get more insight into workload and comp. Thanks in advance! USI

No, it’s the best

If it's work*you* are expected to do or are taking credit for, yes. Otherwise, no, it's fine to delegate.

That's a sign of bad management.
It’s a matter of survival
I asked bc Lead consultant complains about the amount of work they have and doesn’t delegate to me like they should
I’ve been in the position of working 60+ hours and being assigned a new hire (zero experience) to help me, but I was expected to teach and train them so I could delegate tasks, which was simply impossible with the deadlines I had to meet. Try talking to your Lead Consultant to understand what is the work they are doing and where you can support in a way that’s efficient for them but also useful for you. Otherwise, might be worth looking for work somewhere else if at all possible.
Nope, expected as people move up. Nobody can do it all so they need to be able to work with a team to get everything done
