Been on my job for 7+ years - a bit lost as to articulating my experience effectively. I have a resume, but don't think it strikes a chord with recruiters.

Should you mention you checked out LinkedIn during an interview? Such as “ I saw you worked on ___ account at ____ agency”or “I noticed you got an MBA from ____, I’m an alumni there as well”

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

Ugh got another “adequate contributor” review. Feedback says I have potential/good work-ethic but not a good of understanding of procedures and auditing. Been in PA for 6 months. How do I improve?

Witnessed ageism in a unusual way. I am a P, Male, 51
Client counterpart and I were discussing a Consultant and the client told me he didn’t want this guy because the consultant is in his 50s. I quietly told the client that cannot be a reason plus I am in my 50s and you should have seen the client back paddle with compliments for me. Just a weird situation. Ageism is real.
