Hi Fishes, I've been working with Amazon India since last 4.6 years as Application Support Engineer and My highest qualification is M.Tech with 7.89 CGPA. I wanted to work and settle in Canada. Anyone here who can help me move to Canada as IT professionals or as work visa so I can achieve my dreams.

Has anyone tried to convert from H1B to F1 and then back to H1B? My Perm is not gonna happen before the expiration date so I am thinking about alternatives but GDP and Spouse are not likely options for me.

Anyone ever dealt with a green card legal fee expense repayment, I.e. clawback by an employer? Is it normally enforceable under NYS/NYC labor law? Repayment is required 24 months after receipt of the green card.
